OUR STORY
I’m Deisi, the founder of VIDA Lagree in West Covina. Fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best are at the heart of everything I do.
I’m also a Family Nurse Practitioner and the proud owner of Inkglambeauty MedSpa in West Covina. I’m beyond excited to be able to combine two of my biggest passions: feeling strong and looking confident. Because when you look good, you feel good — and when you feel good, you show up stronger in every part of life.
At VIDA Lagree, my mission is to help you build strength, discipline, and habits that enhance your quality of life. I’m so proud to continue growing within this community and to create a space that inspires wellness from the inside out.
